Audio Technica ATH-ANC7 Review / Audio Technica ATHANC7 – user reviews
So how do real owners rate these headphones?
83% of users gave these headphones either 4 or 5 stars and for the ‘mark I’ version of these headphones there were more reviews than we found for any other headphones.
When choosing which attributes they particularly like, users favored comfort and regarded them as great value for money with noise-cancellation and sturdiness both getting honorable mentions. The main criticism with these headphones was that they leak sound which means that the person next to you can hear what you were listening to. This will bother some users and not others.
Generally though they’re an extremely good-looking and comfortable pair of headphones with many users comparing the sound quality with that of Bose.
So, what do we think ?
The original ‘mark I’ (ATH-ANC7) are the one’s to get if you can still find them anywhere, (we read that they only updated through a threatened lawsuit) as they are so highly rated by the owners but thats not to say don’t get version ‘B’ (ATH-ANC7b). These headphones have a great build quality, good looks and fabulous sound and would make a good alternative to Bose.
