So how do real owners rate these headphones?

86% of users gave these headphones either 4 or 5 stars which is a greater percentage than for any other headphones that we found.

When choosing which attributes they particularly like, users favored noise-cancelation and sound quality, hardly surprising I suppose as these are the two features upon which these headphones made their name. Though not all users were happy there was no individual issue that stood out to give grounds for complaint.

Generally though users loved the sound properties from these market pioneers. Users loved the overall audio quality and of course the noise-canceling properties which are the Bose trademark feature. They are extremely comfortable to wear.

So, what do we think ?

An audiophile with deep pockets may favor other models based purely on sound quality but this brand of headphones built its reputation on producing silence and its the brand against which all other noise-canceling headphones are compared.

They were designed for use on airplanes and if your need to maintain a quiet environment there really is no other choice.
